Tanner Standerwick became a ministry intern in June 2022 and is heavily involved with the college and young adult ministry at Capital. He helped establish the vision and direct the ministry to college students and young adults. He aids in facilitating the teaching of God’s word and discipleship of those within the ministry. Tanner finished his undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance from Emporia State University in Emporia, KS in May 2021. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Theological Studies(MTS) and a Masters of Divinity(MDiv) from Shepherds Theological Seminary in Cary, NC.
He has been involved in college ministry, either as a student or staff member, since 2017 and is passionate about teaching God’s Word and helping college students and young adults follow Christ faithfully.
Tanner has been married to his wife, McKenzie, since 2020.
