Jake Bond
Worship Director
Jake Bond became the Worship Director in May of 2021. As Worship Director, Jake is responsible for leading our worship and music ministry, website, audio/visual production, and social media presence with Jamie Bentley.
Jake grew up in Southeast Missouri, and later graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. He recorded and toured for years with the band, Adelaide, and he also records hymns and songs for worship under the name Thief to King. Jake understands Capital’s vision of God-centered worship. He is passionate about the importance of singing doctrinally-rich “psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs” in our corporate worship, which will help us sing our theology and lead us into the throne room of God each Sunday (Eph 5:19).
He is married to Laura (2018), and they have three children.
